PERSONAL INTERESTS:

You'll find me to be a person who loves to get his hands dirty and taking on projects instead of "outsourcing" them. This includes landscaping, small interior and exterior " Do It Yourself" projects, staging homes for sale, and seasonal decorating. Consequently, I "have an eye" for value in homes, suggestions for improvements, and an ability to visualize new construction potential.
